It’s an SEO contest concocted by creator, Eric Bramlett and fat prize donator, realestatewebmasters.com held to determine who can rank #1 on Google May 1st 2008 for the term Greatest Real Estate Agent in the World. What does the winner receive? The person will be given a free REW template website ($740 value) Free hosting for a year ($480), a $2500 CORE IDX and the $360 yearly fee on top of it - which works out to about $4080 worth of chocolate covered SEO friendly Real Estate website goodness.
Prize update: Up’ed the prize to “lifetime” REW platform and IDX hosting (combined $840 USD per year).

Wow, is it really the 29th already? 4 days without a post. I’ve been busy being a Real, Real Estate Agent the last few days. I’ve had nothing but people looking for half price properties and bottom feeders. Enough of my rambling. Here is todays Google results. 2:00AM EST, Yes AM not PM.

As far as I know I’m the first of the contestants to open up his logs for others to see.
This Domain name was purchased and the Blog was installed within hours of the competition being announced at REW.
Goggle is not showing me much love yet but Yahoo had me at the #10 spot on 21 Feb 2008
I can’t complain about my traffic. It’s not bad for a site that is only 10 days old.

Sure I realize the contest is for Google results but at the moment I prefer the Yahoo results!
